The theme of the WCCI 14^th World Conference in Education is Defining Democracy, Freedom, and Entrepreneurship in the Context of a Globalized Civil Society. The definition of the three major concepts in this conference theme will be reflected and discussed in the keynote speeches, papers, workshops, and panel presentations as well as in various program activities. Three key strands of discussion and deliberation are planned for this conference:

1. DEMOCRACY

2. FEEDOM

3. ENTREPRENEURSHIP
