WCCI Conferences

The WCCI Triennial World Conferences were held since the first one in 1974 which was held in University of Keele, Staffordshire, England until the 11th world conference in 2004 which was held in Novotel Northbeach Hotel, Wollongong, Australia. Since then it was decided by the Board of Directors that the world conferences will be held every two years. Thus, the next world conference became a biennial conference. The 12th World Conference (1st Biennial) was held at the Manila Hotel, Manila, Philippines in 2006. The reason for the change from triennial to biennial is to maintain the enthusiasm and continuity of networking and collaboration on projects among members.
